Oh wow. I just stumbled across your blog and thought to myself “how funny, I knew a girl by that name in high school, what are the chances…” only to realize that girl is you!

You may not remember me; we shared Drama with Mr. Cat, and I didn’t have much of an identity of my own in those days, due to my preoccupation with being “Joe’s Girlfriend”. I probably could have used a book like yours back then! I found my happy ever after, though (more importantly, I found myself on the way)… and it looks like you’re finding yours too.

So glad to see you doing such amazing things. We knew you were destined for greatness back then, even if we didn’t know what. Keep up the good work.

I just wanted to say thank you for creating this blog, I read it every morning at work, it brightens my day as well as inspires me at the same time! I am also reading your “Cinderella was a Liar” book and you do make some great points in the book that anywomen can take into their lives at any age. Did you live in Chicago? You posted the Reagle Beagle in today’s blog so I was thinking that you live in town. Keep up the great work!

And to think I always like to consider (dwell) to some eventual, achievable course of action, but admittedly it would take a LONG time. As far as “might offend” beside presumably a male writers money- or popularity-making niche, I do not see how anyone but men could be offended. Perhaps a balancing, disgusting blog where men put women down, although I actually would be offended as a man. Best I can say is it’s good (I think) to know there are that many disgusting females in the world. I had hoped, seeing your credentials, for an inspirational visit to your homepage. I see you had to let in a place that there’s always a desire for – the Jerry Springer, Oprah, and now Brenda’s site male-bashing. Can’t you leave well enough alone in that department? I’m reminded with every DVD rental that woman only need to concern themselves with not going to jail (not irreparably harming their victims and the hearts & minds of observing males), otherwise burning penises and other sexual assaults to males, innuendos and jokes are just fine.
