While sitting in Roma, talking to nobody special at all, I was approached by a vivacious and bubbly woman with a strong voice and sweet eyes.  As it turns out, this lovely lady is a beloved American blogger living La Dolce Vita in Rome.

We chatted and laughed, exchanged a couple of secrets over big girl drinks and wound up having an online love affair.  Her blog, Un’ Americana a Roma is hilarious, poignant and truly worth a daily click.  Her latest post, Serendipity was sent to me with a note that it was inspired by our chance meeting.
